Oralia was very personable and professional as a real estate agent. I gave her a list of what I wanted in a house, in the Reno market, while living in San Francisco. So, physically being there to look at houses was a bit of a challenge for me to come into town so often, but Oralia had a very keen eye and kept me up to date with the houses she viewed.
